Great pair of Museum quality Large Dramatic gilt plated brass bronze old French Rococo Style ornate 5 light ormolu Sconces ; Acanthus leafs~ wall chandeliers ~ Accent lights~ ~Dripping with Tons of Cascading Clear crystal Prisms and garland swags~An absolutely beautiful pair- the Rococo style Sconces with tons of dripping Crystal Prisms - old vintage. Each sconce is adorned with original clear crystal glass prisms that put out a multi color Rainbow Sparkle shine. The metal is gilt Bronze /brass with original shiny gilt plated finish, still shiny with old charming patina. Beautiful design with acanthus leafs and buds designs on the arms and back plate with ornate open arms with candlesticks designs. Each sconce is a 5 light fixture. Great working order ready for hanging in your home. These sconces can be wired into a wall - as it is a wall fixture and comes with mounting hardware; or, a cords with switch can be added to plug these sconces into a wall outlet and hang anywhere in the room. I believe these vintage sconces would date somewhere from 1940-1950-s. These are European sconces, French Rococo style, either Spanish or French. Sconces use small base chandelier bulbs -5 of them up to 60 watt each (not incl). The sale is for a PAIR - you get two sconces with this sale. No broken or chipped prisms, all intact.
