Antique French Victorian Blackamoor Musical figural Spelter with brass metal Shabby vintage wall sconces wall lamps with French U-drop clear prisms ~ MARKED~ New wiringThese are absolutely gorgeous and are old pair of French sconces of excellent quality. They each have a cast metal blackamoor cherub in different poses - Lady with mandolin and man with flute- left and right a pair; They are just exquisite. Each sconce has one light and uses standard base size light bulb (incl.). Each sconce is adorned with dripping Clear Crystal French U-drop prisms. They have such an elegant look! Cold painted metal shows some age and has a great patina- beautiful classy with great gilt surface, and are a little chippy and peely for a perfect time worn patina. the metal is a combination of cast metal- spelter like heavy type or some other cast metal with very detailed casting and metal bobeches; Each sconce is a 1 light fixture and takes a standard base bulb up to 75 watt (bulbs Not included in the sale). They have long cords with plugs and switches in line and are ready to hang and plug in your outlet or they can be installed as a wall fixtures - best done by specialist. Marked on the back with French Foundry mark. As you see, they are in working order with New wiring. These are very special statement making electrified wall sconces for your home.
